Help on the best prepaid cell phone and plans?

What company has the best prepaid cell phone and plans, I am looking for very little usage (minutes-maybe 2 hours a month), text messaging and maybe being able to download my ring tones. I have had the normal cell phone plan but as soon as you change one thing on your plan they just keep extending the contract..No thank you.

2. Try MetroPCS. For $45 a month, I get unlimited everything. If I want to skip a month, I just don't pay it, then when I'm ready, I pay the bill, and I've got my cell back almost instantly. Best deal around. Everything else is going to cost you about 10 cents/minute, plus you have to pay for text messaging, and that all adds up really fast.

Page Plus which is actually Verizon service resold, it can be as cheap as 2.50 per month, you just pay for your minutes which are between 12¢ and 5¢, there is a monthly fee of .50¢ The minutes never expire if you buy more at least every 4 months. You can even use any Verizon phone that you may already have laying in a drawer somwhere, you can get started for about $8 and get 100 free minutes. This is probably the cheapest and best prepaid right now because Verizon has such good coverage. They do not have data service right now but they are getting it next month, so you cant download ringtones yet but you can soon. You can also get free nights and weekends if you want them but they cost you .99¢ a day if you choose to get them added, otherwise there is no daily fees and no contracts, no age limits either. go to http://www.uglyeric.com
4. I just got back from the mall and was looking for the same thing, alot of these places are rip offs. I went to t mobile they had plans no contract, no credit check no cancellation fees. One was 29.99 with 300 minutes and free weekends or 39.99 for 600 minutes with free nights AND weekends. And I got a nice flip phone that had all the features. Definitely go there.
